No. TweetStream is an independent monitored-account alert API for selected X/Twitter and supported social signals. It is built for trading workflows that need fast WebSocket delivery, not as a complete official X API replacement.
02What does the live server-detection report measure?
The live report measures server detection for monitored X posts from the post timestamp to first TweetStream server receipt. It does not include customer WebSocket transit or trade execution. For the shortest path after receipt, run your consumer near the endpoint.
